What you're paying for
1 credit = 1 second of generated video, rounded up.
- One credit is one second of generated video, rounded up. A hook is typically a few seconds long.
- Every completed generation is charged, including regenerations of the same hook. The price is shown before you start it.
- Subscription credits are granted for the billing period and expire at the end of it — they don't roll over.
- Credits from a pack don't expire for 12 months, and they're spent only after your monthly allowance runs out.
- Picking a hook, previewing the catalog and getting a scenario suggested for your footage are free. You pay only for generation.
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country.
Questions about money
- What exactly is a credit?
- One second of generated video, rounded up. If a hook is 4.2 seconds long, it costs 5 credits. Your own uploaded footage is never charged for — only the hook we generate.
- Do my subscription credits roll over?
- No. The monthly allowance is granted at the start of each billing period and expires at the end of it. Credits bought as a pack are different — those stay usable for 12 months.
- Am I charged if I regenerate a hook?
- Yes. Every completed generation costs credits, including a second attempt at the same hook, because each one is a real generation on our side. The cost is shown before you start.
- Which credits get spent first?
- The ones that expire soonest. That means your monthly subscription allowance is used before any credits you bought as a pack.
- What happens if a generation fails?
- You aren't charged. Credits are only deducted when a generation completes and the finished file is ready.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account in the app. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and the credits for that period stay spendable until then.
